Evers Automated Gates & Fencing is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our fencing and automated gate installation crews serving Fayetteville, Lumberton, and surrounding Cumberland and Robeson County communities.


We provide stable, year-round work installing residential and commercial fencing, security gates, access control systems, and privacy fencing for homeowners and businesses across Southeastern North Carolina.


If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to work with your hands, we will train you.

Starting Pay, Hours & Job Benefits

What you can expect:



  • Starting pay: $16 per hour (no experience required)
  • Full-time positions available
  • 40–50 hours per week
  • Consistent local work (home every night)
  • Paid on-the-job training
  • Opportunity for raises as skills grow
  • Work on residential, commercial & industrial projects

Job Requirements

You do not need fencing experience to apply.


Minimum requirements include:


  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform physical outdoor work
  • Dependable and punctual



We provide hands-on training for fence installation, automated gate systems, access control wiring, and job-site safety procedures.
